Case Work & Advocacy

Central Coast Community Women’s Health Centre provides Case Management to help our clients access services and navigate government systems and supports. We are able to assist women who are current clients of the centre (i.e. currently engaged in counselling or groups) with a range of advocacy issues. To discuss your needs please contact our Intake Staff on 02 4337 2202 or email [email protected].

One of the key roles of our service is also to conduct advocacy on issues relevant to women’s health, women’s rights and feminism e.g. domestic violence, sexual abuse, housing, reproductive health, abortion, and women’s services.

Over the years we have provided submissions to key Senate enquiries on women’s health and safety to influence government policy and service provision.

We play a major role on the Central Coast Domestic Violence Committee and work collaboratively to raise awareness about women’s safety and rights to live a life free from violence and abuse. To find out more visit www.ccdvc.org.au
